Everest North Side Expedition (8,848 m)

G.I.T & E. has catered the needs of mountaineers climbing Mt. Everest in a professional and committed manner. Having a good experience in expeditions to Mount Everest, the company manages yearly the logistics of some expeditions teams from all parts over the world. Mount Everest is the highest mountain in the world. Its elevation of 29,035 feet (8,850 meters) was determined using GPS satellite equipment on May 5, 1999. The new elevation has been confirmed by the National Geographic Society. (Chomolungma, Goddess Mother of the World).

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu. Briefing and shopping.
Day 3: Kathmandu.
Day 4: Drive to Zangmu (2350m). Overnight in hotel.
Day 5: Drive to Nyalam (3750m). Overnight in hotel.
Day 6: Nyalam, acclimatization day.
Day 7: Drive to Shekar (4250m). Overnight in hotel.
Day 8: Shekar, acclimatization day.
Day 9: Drive to Base Camp (5200m).
Day 10 – 12: At Base Camp
Day 13: To intermediate camp (6200m).
Day 14: At Advanced Base camp (6500m).
Day 15 – 53: Climbing Period.
Day 54: Back to Advanced Base Camp.
Day 55: Return to Base Camp
Day 56: Cleaning Base Camp.
Day 57: Drive to Nyalam
Day 58: Drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.
Day 59 – 60: Stay in Kathmandu.
